IPTV Player vs Subscription

The player is the application on your device. The subscription provides the service access you enter into that application. They are separate parts of your setup.

Understand the four parts.

Device
Your television, streaming device, phone or computer. Its model and operating system determine available apps.
Player app
The software used to enter access details, navigate and control playback. Its publisher sets its licence and compatibility conditions.
Subscription
The service access for the agreed duration and number of simultaneous connections.
Internet connection
The network you use to reach the service. Your internet provider, router and local conditions affect this part of the setup.

Check each cost separately.

Lemo TVS publishes subscription period totals on the plans page. Do not assume that a separate player licence, equipment or internet service is included. An app that is free to download may charge for features or continued use.

Ask about any additional charge before committing. Paying an app publisher does not itself purchase a Lemo TVS subscription.

Choose the official installation route.

Use the official app listing for your exact device. Confirm the publisher, supported operating system, region availability and permissions. A mobile version does not necessarily work on a television.

Our device guides help you prepare those checks. Confirm the intended app with support before requesting access.

Test the combination you will use.

Request a 24-hour trial and test that device, player and network together. If you later change one of them, check compatibility and licensing again. Keep access details private when asking for help.

Make the next step a simple one.

Tell us your device, your question and how many screens you want to use.
