Confirm the trial window.
Support confirms access and when the 24-hour period starts. Sending a request alone does not begin the trial. Choose a time when you can use your intended device and normal internet connection.
Ask about the trial’s connection allowance before opening playback on several screens. The allowance for a trial may need separate confirmation from your intended paid plan.
Check the everyday controls.
Try the actions you will use regularly: opening the player, navigating with the remote or touchscreen, adjusting audio and returning after closing the app. Note unclear controls or display sizing problems.
Use the trial record to capture picture, sound and playback observations. This site does not publish a programme catalogue or promise access to specific titles.
Separate a confirmed result from an assumption.
“Worked on my tablet over home Wi-Fi at 7 p.m.” is a specific observation. “Will work on every screen everywhere” is not. A short trial cannot establish every future device, network or viewing condition.
If something fails, record the symptom and use the troubleshooting checklist. Ask support about unresolved points before paying.
Choose the commitment that matches your confidence.
Count simultaneous screens and compare the total price for the duration you are comfortable choosing. A longer plan is a longer commitment, even when its monthly equivalent is lower.
Keep a copy of the terms confirmed by support. When you are ready, choose a plan and send the subscription request directly from the website. The request is not a payment or automatic activation.
