Preparation guide · Prepared 25 October 2026. Check current instructions for your exact device.
1. Check system requirements
Record whether you use Windows or macOS, your system version and the exact player you intend to install.
2. Download from the publisher
Use an official store or the developer’s verified website. Check system compatibility and licence terms before running an installer.
3. Prepare the display and network
Connect the intended monitor and use a stable network. Check sound output, display scaling and any sleep settings that could interrupt a test.
4. Test before committing
After support confirms trial access, test the player, audio and intended display. Record any error message and when it appears.
If something differs from these steps.
For an installation warning, stop and verify the publisher. Do not bypass security warnings for an unverified download. Never paste private access details into a public forum.
